This policy explains what personal information Novus Global LLC, doing business as Novus Peptides (“Novus Peptides,” “we,” “us”), collects through novuspeptides.com, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account and order details: name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
- Order and subscription history: products purchased, Auto-Replenish schedules and communications with us.
- Payment information: we do not store full card or bank details. Payments are handled by the payment method you choose (for example Zelle or Venmo) under that provider’s own privacy terms.
- Service discount verification: if you apply for the military, medical or first-responder discount, the ID or credential image you upload and your service category.
- Research-use attestation: your confirmation at checkout, with the date and version accepted.
- Affiliate program: if you apply as an affiliate, your name, contact details, payout details and referral activity.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or our contact form.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring pages, collected through server logs and cookies.
- Cookies that keep you signed in, remember your cart and age confirmation, record affiliate referrals, and store your cookie preferences. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner.
Information from others
- If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
- If you arrive through an affiliate’s link or code, we learn which affiliate referred you.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account, process and ship orders, and run Auto-Replenish subscriptions.
- To send order confirmations, renewal notices, shipping updates and account emails.
- To verify eligibility for the service discount.
- To confirm research-use attestations and keep compliance records.
- To track affiliate referrals and pay commissions.
- To answer questions and provide support.
- To prevent fraud, secure the site and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- With your consent, to send occasional product or promotional emails. You can unsubscribe anytime.
3. Service discount ID uploads
Credential images are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible, viewed only by our team to verify eligibility, and deleted as soon as your application is approved or declined. We keep only the result (approved or declined), your service category and the decision date.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under obligations to protect it:
- Website hosting and site software providers.
- Customer management and business tools (Zoho).
- Email delivery and shipping carriers (for example USPS).
- Payment providers you choose at checkout.
- Affiliates, who see only limited order information (such as order date and total) for orders they referred, never your contact or address details.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, typically up to seven years. Service discount ID images are deleted once reviewed. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see below).
6. Your choices and rights
- View and update your account details anytime in My Account.
- Ask us for a copy of your personal information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- Manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
To make a request, email connect@novuspeptides.com from the email on your account. We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Do Not Track: the site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common standard for them. We do not track you across third-party websites.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to customer data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Age requirement
This site is intended only for qualified researchers aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and notify you by email of material changes that affect your account.
