Order Processing
Orders with confirmed payment received by 2:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day; orders confirmed later ship the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Zelle and Venmo orders ship once payment is received.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS, with tracking on every order:
- Standard (2–4 business days): $7, or FREE on orders of $150 or more. We choose the carrier (USPS or UPS).
- UPS Ground (1–3 business days): $10, or $3 on orders of $150 or more.
- 2-Day Guaranteed: $15, or $8 on orders of $150 or more.
Standard and UPS Ground transit times are carrier estimates. 2-Day Guaranteed ships by UPS 2nd Day Air (or USPS equivalent) and is subject to the carrier’s delivery guarantee. Transit time starts when the order ships, not when it is placed.
FOB Shipping Point / Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the common carrier.
Customs, Imports, and Seizures
Buyer is solely responsible for confirming legality of import/possession in their jurisdiction. We are not responsible for customs seizures or holds.
Carrier Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Returns & Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the risk of degradation or contamination, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Damaged, incorrect, missing, and lost items are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.
