Note that the salt form affects mass: a stated 20 mg of arginate salt contains less free peptide by mass than 20 mg of the free peptide would, and the exact free-peptide content is lot-dependent. Confirm peptide content against the lot-specific COA rather than assuming label mass equals peptide mass. On a molar basis, the 20/20 mg loading is approximately 3.5:1 in favor of PDA.
