Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Effective October 16, 2026 · Version 2026-10-16. These terms apply to everyone in the Novus Peptides Affiliate Program. Please also read the Affiliate Content Guide.

1. Who we are

  • The Novus Peptides Affiliate Program (the “Program”) is run by Novus Global LLC, doing business as Novus Peptides (“Novus,” “we,” “us”). By applying to or taking part in the Program you (the “Affiliate”) agree to these terms.

2. Who can join

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • We review every application and may approve, decline or remove any Affiliate at our discretion.
  • You take part as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, agent or franchisee of Novus, and you may not make promises or sign anything on our behalf.
  • You run your own activity: you choose when, where and how you create and post, using your own accounts, equipment and expenses. Novus pays commission only (no base pay, hourly pay or reimbursement) and reviews only product claims and disclosures for legal compliance, not your creative choices.
  • Before your first post you must read the Content Guide; by signing up you confirm you have.

3. How you earn

Commission tiers

  • Commission is a percentage of Net Revenue: the product amount paid after any discount, before tax and shipping, minus refunds.
  • Everyone starts each calendar month at 15%. When your referred Net Revenue for that month passes $5,000, orders after that point earn 20%; after $10,000, orders after that point earn 25%. Orders placed before you crossed a level stay at the rate in effect when they were placed. Rates reset to 15% on the 1st of each month.
  • Example: you refer $4,000 by the 10th (15% = $600). A $2,000 order on the 12th takes you past $5,000, so it and later orders that month earn 20%.
  • Sales through your referral link and through your discount code are counted separately toward these levels. Repeat purchases and renewals (below) do not count toward levels. Refunds reduce your Net Revenue but do not lower a rate already reached that month.

Referral link and discount code

  • Referral link (novuspeptides.com/?ref=yourname): customers pay regular prices.
  • Discount code (the code you create on your dashboard): your followers get 10% off; commission is on Net Revenue after that discount.

Who gets credit

  • A link credits you for a customer’s first purchase within 30 days of their last click on your link (last click wins).
  • A code entered at checkout always credits the code’s owner and takes priority over any link, even without a click.
  • Only one Affiliate is credited per order and only one discount applies per order. Affiliate codes do not combine with other offers (volume pricing, service discounts or other codes).
  • A customer already credited to an Affiliate stays with that Affiliate for repeat purchases. If they later use a different Affiliate’s code, that order credits the code’s owner, but the customer is not moved.

Repeat purchases

  • Once a customer is credited to you on their first order, their later purchases earn you a flat commission while you remain an active, approved Affiliate, even if they don’t reuse your link or code: other repeat purchases 15% of Net Revenue; subscription renewals 10%. Repeat commission stops when your participation ends.
  • A rate agreed with you individually in writing takes priority over these rates.
  • Service-discount orders: when a customer receives our Veteran / First Responder / Medical discount, the order earns a flat 15% of Net Revenue, whatever your usual rate or tier.

Referring other affiliates

  • Approved Affiliates can invite others using the invite link on their Affiliate Network page (or new applicants can enter your code in “Referred by”). People who join that way and are approved become your referred affiliates.
  • You earn an override equal to 10% of the commission your referred affiliates earn, including their repeat purchases and renewals. Novus pays it on top; it does not reduce what they earn. One level only.
  • Overrides are paid only on eligible sales, never for sign-ups or recruiting. If a referred affiliate’s commission is reversed for a refund or chargeback, your override is reversed too.
  • Novus approves every referred affiliate and may decline or remove them. Overrides end when either you or the referred affiliate leaves the Program.
  • You agree to share these terms and the Content Guide with the people you refer and help them follow it. Repeated violations by your referred affiliates may lead to your overrides being suspended.

4. When commission counts

  • Commission is earned only on orders that are paid in full and shipped. Unpaid, cancelled, refunded or charged-back orders earn nothing.
  • If an order is fully or partly refunded or charged back after you were paid, we deduct the matching commission (in proportion to the amount refunded) from your next payout.
  • No self-referrals: orders placed by you, for you, or for anyone in your household do not earn commission.
  • Orders using Novus house or staff discount codes (for example NovusRocks25) do not earn affiliate commission.
  • Commission obtained through fraud, fake accounts, coupon-site posting, spam or a breach of these terms is forfeited.

5. How you get paid

  • We pay once a month, by the 15th, by Zelle or Venmo to the account you give us, for eligible orders that are at least 30 days old (so refunds and chargebacks can settle first), with a statement of the orders, commission and any adjustments included.
  • The minimum payout is $50; smaller balances roll over to the next month. When your participation ends, we pay your remaining eligible balance, whatever the amount, within 30 days after the end of the refund window for your last orders.
  • Before your first payout we need a completed IRS Form W-9, sent through the secure method we provide (please do not email it). Novus issues tax forms as required by law. You are responsible for your own taxes.
  • Questions about a payout must be raised within 60 days of the statement; we will review and respond in writing.
  • We may change commission rates or payout terms with at least 14 days’ notice by email or on your dashboard. Commission already earned is paid at the rate in effect when the order was placed.

6. Research use only, and what you may say

  • Novus sells its products only for laboratory research use. They are not for human or veterinary use, and nothing you post may suggest otherwise.
  • You may use only the approved statements and captions in the Content Guide and on your dashboard: product names and amounts, published lot COAs, “third-party tested by an independent US lab,” “US-sourced · Vialed & third-party tested in the USA,” shipping and service, and your link or code and its discount. Any other claim about products, quality, testing or origin needs our written approval before you publish it.
  • You may never: make or imply health, medical, weight, body, performance, appearance, sleep, energy, recovery or libido claims; share personal results, before/after photos, testimonials of use, or “my stack/protocol/cycle” content; give or hint at dosing, mixing, reconstitution, injection or “how to use” information, or point people to where they can find it; summarize or link research studies in a way that suggests a benefit to people; use the names of, or compare our products to, prescription drugs (for example Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound); call products “FDA approved,” “clinically proven,” “safe,” “made in the USA” or “pharmacy/compounded”; help anyone buy for personal use; or target anyone under 21.
  • Follow the rules of every platform and service you use (for example Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit and Google) and of our payment providers. No spam, unauthorized paid ads, fake accounts or deceptive tactics.
  • These rules apply everywhere you mention Novus: posts, captions, comments and replies, DMs, live streams, stories, private groups, podcasts, bios and any page you link to.
  • Follow the Novus Affiliate Content Guide (current version linked from your dashboard), which is part of these terms.

7. Disclosure (FTC)

  • Clearly disclose your relationship with Novus every time you mention or endorse Novus, whether or not the post has a link or code, and including when you received free product. Use plain words such as “#ad,” “Paid partner of Novus Peptides” or “I earn a commission.”
  • Tag our official Instagram, @Novus_Peptide_Labs, in every post that mentions Novus.
  • Put the disclosure where people will see it before any link and without clicking “more”: on screen and spoken in videos and stories, and repeated regularly during live streams.

8. Monitoring and removal

  • We review affiliate content, may ask for copies or links to your posts, and keep records of what we review.
  • If we ask you to change or remove content, do so within 24 hours. Content that breaks section 6 must come down immediately, and we may suspend your link and code at once while we review it.

9. Brand use

  • We give you a limited, revocable right to use the Novus name and logo only as shown in the Content Guide, only to promote the Program, and only while you are an approved Affiliate.
  • You may not alter the logo, register domains, social handles or business names containing “Novus” or “Novus Peptides,” bid on our brand name in paid search ads, imply you are Novus or its employee, or sell Novus products yourself.

10. Ending the relationship

  • Either side may end your participation at any time, for any reason, by email. We may end it immediately if you break these terms.
  • When you leave, stop using our name, logo, link and code. Commission on eligible orders placed before the end date is paid as described in section 5, except commission forfeited under these terms. Repeat commission and overrides stop at the end date.

11. Legal

  • You are responsible for your own content and agree to indemnify Novus against claims, fines or losses arising from your posts, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or platform rule.
  • The Program is provided “as is.” Novus is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the commission paid or owed to you for the three months before the claim.
  • These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Riverside County, California.
  • These terms (version 2026-10-14), the Content Guide version in effect, and any individually signed agreement are the entire agreement about the Program. If they conflict, an individually signed agreement controls, then these terms, then the Content Guide. We may update these terms with 14 days’ notice; continuing in the Program after that means you accept the update.
